    I know a way to destroy it mannualy.

    1 – cntrl +alt + del and end task the usbclin.
    2 – then press – start,search,all files and folders,advanced options and click everything on and search of USBclin.
    3- then cut the usbclin to destop and shift + delete it.and its gone fore ever.
