There is a quick fix to this proplem. What you need to do is reboot your computer and started up in safe mode. In safe mode go to the program list under accessories click on dos prompt or command prompt. Use your dos skill and wipe out the A360 directory.
If you don’t know Dos, type in the following;
c:
cd program files:
del a360
say yes
rd a360
restart your computer and you should be back to normal again.
