gusto ko lang itanong paano magpa deliver ng nso birth certificate. yung byenan ko kasi walang birth certificate sa manila siya ipinanganak ngayon andito siya sa angeles city gusto namin magpa deliver ng birth certificate nya from manila. magkno babayaran namin?

Birth certificate error(s)on nationality, age, status or sex can be changed on the basis of a court order. Bring it to a lawyer. They are not covered by RA 9048.

hi i am Esterlita A. Ramos, 42 years old , married, i just want to ask help from nso how can you help me to get or apply for late registration and how can i be registered to NSO to get authenticated birth certificate.
please take note :
1. i’ve already been in manila to get a copy of birth certificate but there is no records from manila city hall.
2. i’ve already tried nso but there in no records also

nais ko po sana malaman ang address ng particular na tao na ito….isa po siyang matagal ng kaibgan na di ko na nakikita ngunit sa di inaasahang pangyayari ay nais ko po sana malocate ang kinaroroonan niya….siya po si KATHERINE ALCARAZ 27 Years old at huli ko pong nalaman na nasa tondo siya naninirahan,,,,maaari nyo po ba matulungan na malocate ko ang kinaroroonan niya sa tondo…salamat po

My fiance birth certificate is incorrect,states her as a male.midwife mistake filling out birth certificate.
