Yet another site on computer viruses and spam

Update February 13: The pending transaction is already marked completed. I hope the funds will be reflected in the debit card soon.

Update February 18: Already got the money. Ubos na ang pera hehehehe…

It has been weeks and the paypal withdrawals that were initiated in between the period January 24 to January 28 are still pending. Our succeeding withdrawal after the pending withdraw transaction has been successful but there seems to be no development in the pending withdraw transaction made on January 24. (Despite that paypal has already acknowledged the issue on February 5 and hoped to resolve the issue in 72 hours.).

I am soliciting the opinions of fellow bloggers who have problems with their paypal withdrawals and those who would like to give valuable inputs regarding this issue.

I invite the following bloggers to share their opinion on what can we do so paypal will make haste in doing something about the pending paypal withdrawals.

PayPal has sent a general e-mail about this today (GMT+8 time) and well, I honestly do not know how to expedite this other than to keep this issue NOISY. They need the pressure to act quickly.

    Here is the e-mail:
Due to a technical issue we have experienced starting on January 20, 2008 we have been unable to successfully withdraw funds to your credit card. As we work through resolving this issue you may experience one of the following scenarios:

    * Pending status – if your withdrawal is ‘pending’ then we are still working to resolve the issue and complete your request. We are treating this issue with high priority and will update you as soon as it is resolved.
    * Completed status – if your withdrawal is ‘completed’ then we have processed your request and the funds will post to your credit card in 5 to 7 days

You should not see any delays on future withdrawals.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your business.

    Yours sincerely,

    PayPal

Im starting to really get worried with my Jan 28, 2008 withdrawal status…. Just been on the phone with Union Eon bank… and they could not respond with a clear remedy for this. What if this goes on? i said. They replied to just call from time to time. And they said that there are several of us Eon Clients having the same problem. Even there IT departement has not even receive and feedback from there VISA partner. As for Paypal they have not responded with any of my emails to them. Such poor service. This is when you need them the most and you can find them.

Hope that tomorrow will be a better day for all of Us!

i am a bit late for this post..hehhehe.. well, i had all my withdrawals completed. i think there’s nothing we can do about paypal’s not so fast processes but perhaps we just need to rely on emailing them, posting in discussions or in our blogs just to get their attention…
