It seems that the political tension between China and US over Middle East’s supply of oil and gas will soon be alleviated (as it will be impossible to say “soon to be over”). Thanks to new alternative sources of energy that can potentially fuel millions of cars worldwide.
Yugatech has blogged about Philippine’s first solar powered car Sinag. Sinag, which is designed by students and some faculty members of De La Salle University Manila, is powered by the energy coming from the sun.
The Air Car
Todaysgizmos has also blogged about a car that runs on air. The air car is perhaps an environmentalist’s dream come true. It does not produce pollution, recycles the air used in its brake, expels a cold air suitable for internal air conditioning. It also uses vegetable oil in its engine.
Water Powered Car
Too bad, the water powered car reportedly made by the Filipino inventor Daniel Dingel has gotten into much controversy. Dingel claimed to have invented a water powered car in 1969 but many consider this as a hoax. The inquirer reports that Dingel drives around a water powered car and complains that Filipino government officials and scientists refused to support his invention.

Gas prices are getting so high in the United States where I am from that for the first time I want a car that has low power but gets high mpg or even maybe an electric vehicle.

There were more electric cars in Britain in the 1900’s than on the roads today, mainly taxies and small trucks delivering milk. The big problem with solar powered cars is the efficiency of the batteries or energy storage method. Gas/petrol/diesel is very much more efficient than any other method we can practically use today. Got to solve this first.

Hello, guys those gas prices aren’t making holes in my pockets anymore because I found this guide on the web, it helps to convert a car to run not only on gas but also water, basically it saved me around 232.32 cash a month, almost half of what I used to pay for freaking gas.

I am not sure how much a solar car is worth but if you are really serious about buying a solar car, you might want to check out how the car looks like first. I am afraid it is not the type of vehicle you want to use on the road

Finally, people are starting to think about car that is using alternative resources. I myself modified my car to save gas using water, and hey, I started noticing how much money I have saved by using hydrogen water car.

If water powered cars can be developed soon and it becomes more available in the future, we will also have no problem importing oil from the middle east

hi there, I use water to fuel a car as a supplement to gasoline. In fact, very little water is needed, only one
quart of water provides over 1800 gallons of HHO gas which can literally last for months and significantly increase your car fuel efficiently, improve emissions quality, and save money. I found the way through this site http://www.runcarsonwater.us i really recommend it to everybody, it’s a nice ebook where you can find the instructions on how to do it! take a look.

I am posting here the link from Ronald Collins but I do not endorse it. The site he has just provided is selling a 90 page gas to water conversion-kit manual that cost 50 dollars. Honestly, that price is quite expensive for a manual.
