Hi…i am new here…i tried the remover on top and tried the process manager and stuff but it did no work. I tried to boot to safemode it is not available already. I tried to boot from my Win XP CD and it is not booting there. It is showing an error about Gap fault or something and now i am getting the blue screen and doesnt even load to safe mode. I need help because i do not want to loose all my important file in my HDD.

sir i have a problem in my pc . .first problem is funny scandal virus is enter in my computer. .other is my hidden files not showing when i click the mark shown files . . . .how i remove from pc. . Tell me simple and Better Method
