I was really pissed off today because of this Funny UST scandal AVI virus that keeps pestering me everytime I send messages via yahoo messenger. I was really shocked when I saw the cursor automatically buzzing my YM buddies and sending messages that say “tropen dis ganda nakakatawa”. Worse, my current status message even displayed this: “sino gusto funny ust scandal pm nio ko”.
I tried to delete all funny ust scandal icons in my PC. I even tried to uninstall my yahoo messenger and reinstalled it again but the Funny UST Scandal AVI Virus keeps coming back. Thankfully, I was able to download the Funny UST Scandal Avi.Exe Remover, a Funny UST Scandal Virus Removal Tool I have learned from techpinoy.blogspot.com.
If you want to remove that %$##@@@@!!!! Funny UST scandal virus in your PC, just
- download the Funny UST Scandal Avi.Exe Remover zip.
- Double click remover.exe and
- click on the “patayin ang tangahing virus button”.

first download taskiller from “http://www.rsdsoft.com/task_killer/index.php4″ and install it to your computer because you can’t use task manager to terminate the virus(the virus automatically close task manager).
run taskiller and left click it on the system tray(the one with a skull icon)
click processes to close the virus, select process and click yes to the question
(process to close)
killer.exe
lsass.exe
smss.exe
note: close only file that have the same icon of Funny UST Scandal.avi.exe
CMD STEPS
1 now, click “start” then “run”
2 type “cmd” without quotes
3 type “cd\” without quotes
4 type “attrib -h -s smss.exe” without quotes
5 type “attrib -h -s autorun.inf” without quotes
6 type “start c:” without quotes (a new window will open)
7 select smss.exe, autorun.inf, Funny UST Scandal.avi.exe and delete it
If theres any drive or a partition type “d:” in command prompt without quotes “d” is the drive letter then repeat the CMD STEPS number 4-7 above…….
- now type this on the command prompt “cd windows” without quotes.
- type “attrib -h -s smss.exe” (without quotes)
- type “start c:\windows” (without quotes)
- delete the file smss.exe
- now, goto c:\documents and settings\all users\startmenu\programs\startup
- delete lsass.exe
click “start” then “run”
type “regedit” without quotes then delete the registry entries above….

Solution of aaa virus without antivirus
1.install a fresh copy of window by formatting any drive.
2.in folder options
(a).tick mark before shows hidden files and folders.
(b).unmark the tick option from hide protected operating system files ( recommended )
3.open search and select all files and folders and mark on more advance options (search hidden files and folders,search system folders, search subfolders)
4. search autorun file from all drives(just within drive) and delete them, and restart your system
5. now open drive and delete virus files like aaa , love, important and avsp.
6. from folder option unmark the option hide protected operating system files.

Dude jitender kumar, you’re suggestion was correct but i think that was too tedious. I think everybody wants to hear an easy way not a long one! You’re right about that symptoms of having smss.exe that really sucks! You cant almost do anything on your pc! But you dont really need to install a fresh one! If you can kill the smss.exe then you are free to do anything on your pc! I installed a process manager included in advance windows optimizer. Smss.exe was persistent to close the installation but I made it. Then I ran the process manager and quickly closed the smss.exe. Now, which smss.exe, probably there will be two of them. The other smss is a process by your system and other one is running under the administrator so its obvious which one to close, its the admistrator process. After that, windows will stop closing by its own. Get a registry editor or finder, (advance windows optimizer already had) then search for the keyword smss.exe, funny ust scandal, killer.exe. Actually, you’ll find them on the same registry so you wont have a problem deleting the wrong one. After that search for their file name on your hard drive(s) and delete them! That’s it!
I think my suggestion was not that good but at least you save time from reinstalling a new one and saving your settings. If you find it wrong, post new comment here!

Remove Funny Scandal without any antivirus
Remove completely funny ust scandal avi.exe(virus) from your hard disk without using any antivirus and just installing fresh copy of window. This is done by jitender kumar.

If your computer corrupted with funny with xmss.exe then you :
1.can’t open Command prompt by run cmd command
2.can’t install most of softwares
3.can’t open task manager
4. can’t restore your system
5.can’t open folder options
6.can’t see hidden files and folders

so for removing this virus you must install windows at one time and following these steps you will remove this virus.
1. install a fresh copy of window by formatting any drive.
2. do not open any drive(after installation of window) before removing virus from your system.
3. make a restore point
4.in folder options
(a).check mark before shows hidden files and folders.
(b).unmark the option hide protected operating system files ( recommended )
5. after applying this options check one more time that they are applied or not they must be applied-shows virus is not corrupted your windows
6.open search and select all files and folders and mark on more advance options (search hidden files and folders,search system folders, search subfolders)
7. search autorun file from all drives(just within drive) and delete them, after deleting these files right click on each drive and check there is autorun option or not, it shows virus in your drive now restart your system the autorun option will not be there in right click on drives
8. now open drive and delete virus like funny ust scandal, smss.exe, xmss.exe
9. now again check the folder option selected option must be applied if they are not applied or it does not show hidden files and folders it means you did any mistake by following these steps and virus corrupt your windows, now restore your system and repeate from step 4.
10.delete this viruses from the folder RECYCLER in every drive, this virus must be at least one folder in recycler folder of each drive .
11. from folder option unmark the option hide protected operating system files.
OR
another solution for removing this virus
first follow above 4 steps and then try this trick
-open media player and from file option select open
-select type of file as “any file”
-and open your all drive one by one and delete autorun,funny,smss,xmss files from your all drive
then restart your system
and check virus on your computer by right clicking on all drive and if their is autoplay or autorun option then virus is their in your drive othervise virus is removed then use your full system
then follow 10 and 11 step.
I am a student and struggling for bright career in IT company so please must reply me your experience about viruses if you feel good by my solution. It will motivate me.
