At last, renewing and applying for a passport in the Philippines is now much easier. Passport application through the DFA Passport Appointment System by Internet is now available for Filipinos.Through this online passport application system, people who want to file passport applications can set an appointment with the DFA via the internet instead of waking up very early to be able to transact for their passport in the DFA offices or pay for more when availing the help of travel agencies.
The DFA Passport Appointment System is initially available for
- those whose passports have already expired;
- those whose passport will be expiring within the next one year; and
- senior citizens
The DFA appointment system will reportedly be available to all passport applicants in the future.
Passport applicants can apply for an appointment by sending a request to appointment@dfa.go.ph with the following details:
• Full name (first name, middle name and surname);
• Date of birth;
• Place of birth;
• Latest Passport Number and Date of Issuance
Passport applicants will then be sent a reference number and a confirmation which will include details of designated date and time for the filing of the passport application at the DFA-Passport Office.

hi,
ask ko lng po, naka pag apply napo ako ng bagong passport jst this month(brown one)…this is issued in DFA Manila. The problem was, my mom wants it to be issued in either DFA Cebu or Cagayan de Oro for my visa purpose. gusto kasi nyang ma establish that i reside in visayas not in manila…
what should i do?should i declare it lost/damage?then file a new one?When this is possible, i will go to DFA Cebu to file para yun place of issue is in cebu…

i have friends here in canada who are permanent residents here but still philippine citizens. they are coming back to visit the philippines from mar19 to apr1. the night before their flight they realized that their philippine passports will expire on mar28. is there a way for them to renew their passports fast enough to get back in canada on apr1?
i would really appreciate that answer to this question.

Check mo uli ang NBI clearance mo, remember ko kasi when I applied for an NBI married nako, single name ang nandon. i’m not sure kung maka apply ka ng nbi as single kasi nakakuha ka na ng married Nbi clearance diba? Better call NBI and ask na lang para sure.

If you have 2 months here sa pinas, I think enough na yan to renew your passport. Just make sure to apply as soon as you arrive. 14 days lang naman ang philippine passport processing.

7thousand? Grabe naman ang mahal naman nian. Mas mabuti pa punta ka uli ng DFA Davao and ask help from there tutal naka personal appearance naman diba? So likely ay na process ang passport ninyo…

hi, nag apply po kami ng passport for my son through agency kasi we want to process it fas ang mahal nga po ng
nabayaran namin, they charge us 7,ooo pesos pero ok lang sana kung may nagyari but sad to say until now wala paring passport ang anak ko
we went to Davao DFA last year kasi kailngan daw na may appearance then we went there so sabi noong fixer namin which is
kilalang-kilala rin po doon sa loob ng office ng DFA. Sabi po nya after 15 days daw ipapadala sa amin ang passport pero till now
wala po kaming natanggap. tinatawagan po namin ang tao pero di napo namin sya macontact. please paano po ba namin ma
follow up ang application namin doon. is there any website to check if the passport is already done?

mam tnong ko lng po,kc gus2 ko sna kunan ang kpatid ko ng passport,e ang requirements ko lng ay ung brthcertificate nya,affidavit of concent and support,death certificate ng mom nmin,ung father ko abandoned n kmi mtagal na,anu p po kaya ang pde kong idagdag n requirements pra mkapag apply ng passport??
