I have a very bad complaint of your Western Union Branches in Guindulman Bohol, Candijay Bohol and Jagna Bohol.Pinili kung magpadala nang western union kahit mahal ang bayad dahil akala ko mabilis ang serbisyo BAKIT? Yang Branches ng GUindulman, Jagna at Candijay everytime na magpadala ako laging OFFLINE, hindi lang isang besis kundi many times lalo na last Dec. 30, 2008 nagpadala ako sa pamilya ko para pang gastos sa new year pero wala silang nakuha dahil sa pisting OFFLINE na yan, nakuha nila after January 1, 2009 na. at ngayon June 3, 2009 hindi na naman makuha ng pinadalhan ko dahil OFFLINE na naman, ano ba yan? OFFLINE dahil walang pera pambayad? mahiya naman sila o open sila ng western union na hindi nila kayang ibigay ang tamang serbisyo as per western union advertisement. CLOSE NALANG nila yung business nilang bulok para yung mga tao hindi na umaasa na may western union pa sa lugar na yan. VERY VERY bad Services. KUNG NAGPADALA ako nag western union ibig sabihin URGENT YAN,!!! hoy GUINDULMAN< CANDIJAY at JAGNA gumising na kayo at isara na nyo yung BUSINESS nyong POOR…..Im just hoping na wala ng makikitang signboard dyang WESTERN Union sa lugar na yan within this week.

If you are looking for a specific branch please use the the Western Union branch locator. The link is already posted in this article.
I also advise against posting your recipient details here or giving your control number and other details to anyone other than to staff of WU branches because somebody may take advantage of your personal details and get your money.
As for the IDs, I believe the reason Western Union is strict with the IDs is they protect the money of their clients. If you have difficulty picking up money from Western Union because of the required 2 IDs (As Roger R. Ricafrente mentioned above) I suggest you look for other WU agents that require only one government issued ID. If you do not have a government ID (students especially), I really advise that you apply for a passport.
